Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS. You can use this to track your package in real-time.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something does not work out, here is what you need to know:

• ✓ Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• ✓ Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
• ✓ Free size exchanges (subject to availability)
• ✗ Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Return

2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions
3. Pack the item securely in original packaging
4. We will arrange a courier pickup from your address
5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa). COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
